MSP is a booking and payments platform for barbershops, salons and wellness services in Saudi Arabia. Customers book and pay in one app. Specialists and managers run their day in another.
I lead the mobile side on a part time contract. I started both apps from the first commit and have written over 99% of the mobile code, working directly with product, design and the backend team.
Two apps, one codebase
Customers and specialists need different apps that share a lot. I built one React Native codebase that ships both, with shared features, components and integrations. It cut development effort by 30 to 35%.
Payments people trust
I integrated MyFatoorah with Visa, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay and STC Pay, then built VAT breakdowns, discount codes, loyalty points, tips, gift purchases and invoices on top.
Shipping without waiting
Fastlane and GitHub Actions take every release to TestFlight and Google Play, which cut manual release time by over 90%. Hot updates through HotUpdater let urgent fixes reach users without a store review.
Built for the region
Full Arabic and English with right to left layouts, phone and OTP sign in over SMS and WhatsApp, and role based access for customers, specialists, managers and owners.
Across the stack
When mobile needed something, I built it: NestJS endpoints for PDF invoices, booking cancellation and auth claims, sign in flows and universal links in the Angular web apps, and 45 contract tests that run against the real backend.
